Maanshan Dangtu Taibai road engineering in Anhui

Project Overview: Taibai road is located in Dangtu County Government Center, total length of 2150 meters,width of 40 meters, the Dangtu County main road, due to the use of years of heavy load, road cement concrete surface layer seriously damaged, affect the traffic and pedestrian safety and the county external image. In order to thoroughly improve the Taibai road damage condition, Dangtu County decide to comprehensively reconstructe the road "white add black" taking a high standard of landscape avenue as the goal. During construction, our company fully human, mechanical, inverted schedule, work overtime for day and night construction, speed up the construction progress. After the completion, it comprehensively improve urban road traffic capacity and driving comfort, great enhance the city grade.

   
       
Fuxie rural blackened road improvement enginerring project in Changshou

Project Overview:
Fuxie line from Changshou Fushan farm level crossing at Fuxie line changed segment and the old line of Fuxie (pile No. K0+310.717), turn south on the west side of Fushantang, and after crossing Zhifumiao line cross old Fushan town area, and then beneath the S338, along Yanjiang expressway , use Yuxie bridge across Wangyu river, then south through Xieqiao, finally ending G204 changed line (pile No. K14 + 253.973), the total length of the route 13.94Km. In this project, we undertake the construction of asphalt rubber stress absorbing layer, a total stress absorbing layer of rubber asphalt paving 35,000 square meters, and the construction quality is the owner of the enterprise.

   
       
The transformation of urban roads in Wujiang

Project Overview: Wujiang road reconstruction project includes Zhennanxin road length of 1986 meters, width of 7.8 meters and Shennan road length of 1842 meters, width of 7.0 metersthe in Wujiang. Design is with the diameter of 9.3-13.2mm aggregate and rubber asphalt paving, were the thickness of 1cm stress absorbing layer construction. The project aims to build a "safe road" as the goal, and constantly improve the safety level of rural road, provide safe and reliable traffic environment for the travel of people. Local conditions widened part of the road to promote the integration of public transport, roads, stations, transport developed simultaneously. Project Overview: Taizhou section of Yongtaiwen expressway is intersection section of Yongtaiwen expressway and Shangsan expressway, a total of 8 bidirectional tunnels, 1 large interchange, 4 uphill and downhill, and 1 "S" shape curve. Complex expressway conditions, the busy traffic, overloaded the carrier, make this section crossing mountains and rivers, winding ups and downs expressway overwhelmed and serious damage. For expressway due to severe overload caused many insecurity, this overhaul mainly sprinkle 1cm asphalt rubber stress absorbing layer, then add 4cm gap graded rubber asphalt concrete surface layer.

   
       
Anding-Fengyang soft foundation treatment project of the north and south fast channel sections in Changshu

Technical solutions: deep mixing cement pile (plasma spray)
Completion time: January 2013
Project Overview: Anding-Fengyang road of the north and south fast channel sections, and connection engineering in Changshu are north to Anding cross, south to the junction with Xiangcheng No.227 highway Suzhou line segment docking, route length of 15.081km, using a standard highway roadbed width of 37.5m, divided into old and new road section bounded by Xitai highway, where the old road length 6.4km, new road length 8.681km. We undertake the soft foundation treatment engineering of the highway, a total of more than 20 million meters cement mixing pile. During the construction period, our company site personnel overcome the construction operation less surface of town area, and problems of complex pipeline structure, seize the fine weather, organize 6 pile machine to operate continuously, spare no effort to promote the project construction. The highway opened to traffic will further improve the regional trunk highway network structure of the city,alleviate the existing town road traffic pressure, form fast channel of the main urban area of Changshu and Suzhou High-speed Rail station, further promote Changshu urban import and export image and the traffic hub position.

   
       
Fuxia highway (Tower bridge to the eastern ring highway) reconstruction improvement project in Fujian

Project Overview: Hanjiang section (Newport bridge to Tower bridge) traffic problems of Fuxia highway have been more prominent. In order to improve traffic conditions, Hanjiang section pavement reconstruction project of Fuxia highway officially launched. The highway reconstruction project, including overlay cement concrete pavement, and the original damage of asphalt slow lane for the transformation of cement concrete main lane and other aspects, in order to improve the road traffic capacity. The reconstruction of the highway length of 3.96 km, will be the main lanes from the original two-way four lanes to six lanes two-way, using the rubber asphalt, highway width of 48 m. We undertake the project of rubber asphalt stress absorbing layer Paving.

   
       
Lianhua road white to black surface engineering in Hefei Economic Development Zone

Project Overview: Lianhua road is one of the main roads in Hefei Economic Development Zone, north to south, north of the bustling avenue, south to Fangxing road, a total length of 5720 m. Transformation of the former is cement concrete pavement, main road width of 22.5 metres, the two-way 6 lanes. Transform content is fast lane and slow lane "white add black" in accordance to the status quo, and after the transformation for asphalt concrete pavement full line two-way 8 lanes. The rubber asphalt stress absorbing layer is choosed for the asphalt paving materials, the first time in Hefei municipal roads. Rubber asphalt stress absorbing layer has good flexibility, adhesion, water resistance, strong resistance to deformation. Rubber asphalt stress absorbing layer in the old cement concrete pavement asphalt overlay buffer layer can play to prevent and delay the cracks extend the pavement life role.
